Account Service: RightCHOICE provides a complete account management team for each client. This team is led by the dedicated Account Manager who focuses on overall health care benefits plan functions and an Account Service Coordinator who responds to individual eligibility, member services, claims, and network issues.

Clients have immediate access to these team leaders. Behind the team leaders are specialists in membership, reporting, short-term disability, COBRA, flex account admin, vendor performance, etc., who can be brought in quickly to address any issues or solve any problems that may develop.
