Our Account Executives average 20 years of experience in the industry. Our Account Manager for your group will focus on ensuring that you are impressed with our business integrity and quality service.

All services performed for the group will be handled from our St. Louis offices. This includes enrollment meetings, customer service and claims processing.

The performance of our Customer Service and Claims Processing Unit performances are continually monitored and will be regularly reported to you. Performances tracked include enrollment, customer service and claim processing.

Our RightCHOICE Internet service includes enrollment, eligibility, customer service, and claim lookup for status or history, plus links to medical web sites and all vendors.

RightCHOICE has access to numerous MCOs – but it is our close working relation with many of these MCOs that sets us apart from other TPAs. For example, as HealthLink’s largest third party administrator, RightCHOICE is able to receive claims electronically every night. Our Customer Service Representatives have access to HealthLink’s system. Also, our Customer Service lines are linked to HealthLink, allowing RightCHOICE and HealthLink to transfer calls without interruption to the member.

RightCHOICE Benefit Administrators strives to get all claims greater than $100 discounted from full retail.
